Terms of Use

What kind of site is this, and what can these terms actually cover?

This site is a static publication. Every page a reader sees is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Because nothing can be submitted, created, registered or transmitted to this site, there is nothing here for these terms to govern beyond the reading of the pages themselves. These terms describe only what the build itself does, and they name no company, no jurisdiction and no complaints procedure, because the build contains no such information to publish.

What happens when an outbound link is clicked?

This site runs no gambling service of its own. A link to an operator never opens that operator directly. Instead it is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor to the operator's own tracking address. Ten such redirect rules are defined in the build, and every one of their destinations sits outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate browser tab, so the original page stays open behind it.

Where does the reader's relationship with an operator begin?

  • Before the redirect: the reader is only viewing a static file on this domain. No account, no transaction and no agreement of any kind exists at this stage.
  • At the redirect: this domain's own address forwards the request onward. This site does not operate what the destination offers.
  • After the redirect: the reader has left this domain entirely. Any relationship, agreement or obligation that follows exists between the reader and that separate operator, under whatever terms that operator publishes on its own site.

What is fixed about this site's content, and how would a reader know if it changed?

The published inventory of this site is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address. Every page carries a machine-readable publication and modification date, and the modification date matches the value the sitemap itself publishes, so a reader can tell exactly when the version of this text was issued. If an address is requested that does not exist on this site, the response is a page marked so that search engines are told not to index or follow it, and it immediately forwards the visitor back to the home page. A mistyped or expired address therefore cannot turn into a page of its own with separate content or separate terms.

What does this site load, and what does that mean for these terms?

Everything a page needs to display — its styles, scripts, fonts and images — is loaded from this domain. No third-party server is contacted while a page is being shown to a reader. This fact describes only how the page is technically assembled; it is not a privacy claim and says nothing about what happens once a reader follows a sponsored link away from this domain.

What can these terms not promise?

Because there is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to be governed. Because the build carries no e-mail address, no telephone number, no postal address and no contact form, these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to deal with. Any question about an offer, a wager, an account or a payment belongs to the operator reached after the redirect, and is answered only by that operator's own published terms.
